My husband and I were very impressed with James "Rocky" Jones' work ethic. He was very thorough with the Home Inspection he performed on the house we are in the process of purchasing. The owner Rocky is great! Very professional and thorough. I used Pro-Tec Property Inspections when I purchased a home in Las Vegas. I am from out of state, so it was great to have Rocky help me with the inspection of my home, as I was purchasing it sight-unseen (until inspection day). Rocky made my dream of owning a rental property come true.
Because of his thorough inspection, I felt comfortable moving forward in the purchase, and asking the sellers to fix a few items that were noted to be addressed. I received the inspection report the SAME DAY which was great. Once I become the owner, I rented out the condo, and had Pro-Tec Inspections help me with the initial walk-through, which helps protect me and my renters. Rocky emailed me the walk-through immediately. I will also be using Rocky for our 6 month walk-through (like a check-in), and as well for the final walk-through if/when the lease expires and my tenants move out. I originally sent out multiple emails to many home inspection companies to see who did the most for the best price. That happened to be Rocky with Pro-Tech Property Inspections.
From the first communication to the last, Rocky was thorough and professional. He showed up on time and got to work. While Rocky was doing the home inspection, he pointed a few things out to me that he noticed. I also had plenty of questions for him and he answered everything. Once the inspection was completed, Rocky gave me a full run down on everything he was writing in the report and promised to have the written one over to my lender and realtor by the next day. Rocky made good on his promise and I had the information that I needed by the next morning.

I was most impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by Rocky - Pro-Tec's owner. He responded within fifteen to my request for a quote, performed the inspection on the following day, and submitted the report late that evening. The inspection was thorough and the report itself was detailed, concise and supported by clear photographs of the problem areas. He identified ten areas, some major and some minor, that needed to be remedied before I took possession of my new home.
